"Easy Parking Experience!"
I was able to park really quickly, no hassle at all. Super simple and stress-free!

"Ticket checkout was kind of a hassle"
Buying the tickets online took way longer than I expected. The site froze on me once, and then the extra fees popped up at checkout, which was annoying. I did end up getting the tickets, so I guess it worked out, actually, no, it was still a clunky experience overall

"Nice zoo, comfy setup overall"
Visited Palm Beach Zoo and overall had a really nice time. The habitats looked good to me, lots of shade, plants, and decent space in a lot of areas, which I really appreciated compared to some smaller zoos I’ve been to. A couple spots did feel a little older or not quite as roomy, so I’d prob give it 4 stars. Still, it’s a nice place to walk around and the animals seemed well cared for.

"Good day, but a bit pricey"
Overall, I had a good day and enjoyed the experience. The only thing is that the food felt a little overpriced for what you actually get, if that makes sense.

"Keeper Talks Were a Highlight"
We really enjoyed our visit, and the keeper talks were definitely the best part for us. They were easy to follow, and the kids actually stayed interested the whole time, which is always a win. I’d definitely recommend checking them out if you go. The only thing I’d suggest is having a few more talk times posted around the zoo so they’re easier to plan around.

"Really Nice Visit"
I enjoyed my time here. The habitats looked clean and well cared for, and the animals seemed happy and comfortable. If you're looking for a relaxed place to visit, I'd say it's worth checking out

"Fun animals, rushed experience"
The animals were really fun to see and definitely the best part, but the whole encounter felt rushed. I kind of blame the way it was organized because it seemed like they were trying to move everyone through too quickly. Still enjoyed it, just wish we had more time.

"Clean and No Surprises"
The restrooms were clean and didn’t have any weird smell, which says a lot. Reading between the lines, you can usually tell how much a place cares by the bathroom, and this one passed that test for me

"Nice Layout, Easy Day with Kids"
I actually really liked the layout here. It was super easy to find the animals without feeling like we were walking in circles, and the shady paths made a big difference with the kids. I usually don’t put much faith in customer service at places like this, so it was nice that we didn’t really need help figuring anything out.

"Better Zoo Food Than I Expected"
I was surprised by the food at Palm Beach Zoo. Compared to other zoo or theme park spots I’ve eaten at, this was definitely better than expected. The fries came out hot, and the sandwich actually tasted fresh, which isn’t always the case at places like this. The prices were still a little high, but that’s normal for attractions, so I wasn’t too shocked.

"Nice Visit, But a Bit Pricey"
Well... we bought our tickets through palmbeachzoo and the process was easy, no real problems there. The zoo itself was nice for a few hours, and the kids definitely enjoyed seeing the animals. That said, for the price, I was expecting a little more. Some of the areas felt a bit small, and we ended up getting through everything faster than we thought we would. Overall, not a bad experience, but I’m not totally sure the ticket price feels worth it.

"Really frustrating to use with a screen reader!!!"
I tried using Palm Beach Zoo to plan a visit, it was frustrating!!! I use a screen reader, and the menus were confusing, some buttons didn’t seem to have labels, and I got stuck more than once trying to figure out where to go next!!! For a public place like a zoo, I really expected the website to be much more accessible!!!

"I took my kids here i had a..."
I took my kids here i had a good day. The zoo was easy for me to get around without feeling exhausted, and it wasn’t so huge that I felt like we were rushing all day. There were enough animals to keep the kids entertained, which made my life a lot easier. A few things felt a bit overpriced, and I wasn’t thrilled about waiting in the slow food lines, but the staff were friendly. Overall, I enjoyed it and I’d definitely bring the family back again.

"Fun visit, but I wish there was more big cats"
We had a good time and there is lots of animals to see. I really liked walking around and checking everything out, but I was hoping there will be more big cats. Still a nice place to visit overall.

I kept noticing the same pattern throughout the course: most of the signs felt really beginner-level, and a lot of them seemed kind of outdated. I was hoping to pick up more practical or current stuff, but i barely felt like I learned anything new

"Zoo Membership Wasn’t Really Worth It for Us"
We got the zoo membership thinking it would save us some money, but it didn’t feel like much of a deal. The perks are limited, and after a couple visits everything started to feel kind of the same. The zoo itself is fine and the staff were nice, but we also ended up waiting in queues more than I expected, which got frustrating. For the price, I thought there would be more included or at least better discounts. It’s probably okay if you live really close and go all the time, but for us it didn’t feel worth renewing.

"Cute Little Stop After the Zoo"
After walking around the zoo, we stopped into the gift shop and it had a good selection. There were lots of animal toys, shirts, little souvenirs, and plenty of kid-friendly stuff. Some of the prices felt a little high, but nothing too shocking for a zoo gift shop. I ended up finding a really cute plush to take home. Overall, it was a nice shop and left me with a happy little memory from the day.
